| Commuter Student Option |
Beginning in Summer 2009, SIG will offer a commuter option for students living within driving distance of certain SIG Residential Program campuses.
The following SIG campuses will accept a limited number of commuter students in 2009:
Students living near these campuses can take advantage of the academic and social advantages of a SIG program while living at home.
Commuter Student Schedule
- Commuter students should be dropped off at 8:30 a.m. and picked up at 6:00 p.m. (Fees will be incurred for early drop-off/late pick-up.)
- Commuter students will participate in the full academic day, lunch period, and rec period. They will not participate in any activities occuring after the rec period.
- Commuter students may participate in the final performance (if their classes are involved), and in the closing ceremony, accompanied by their parent/guardian.
Fees
Note: No financial assistance is available for commuter students.
